What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment for single sessions is due at the time of tutoring, while package bundles are invoiced upfront to secure your discounted rate.
How do session bundles work?
Bundles allow you to prepay for 4, 6, 8, or 10 sessions at a reduced rate of $50 per session. These credits are added to your account and can be used to schedule lessons at your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules change. You can reschedule or cancel any session up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a session fee to respect our tutors' time.
